Britney Spears missed her court ordered deposition today.

Kaplan says, "I was told of a general (medical) condition, and Spears felt she couldn't attend. [and] Approximately 10 minutes after her council appeared they were notified that because of an illness or medical condition Ms. Spears would not appear today and consequently the depsition is not going forward.”

Doesn't it seems like she's always sick? She needs to get in a plastic bubble or something. Although, Blackout was named one of Rolling Stone magazine's 50 Top Albums of the Year! That's pretty good considering how poorily it did. This will be the first album of her's not to go platinum. So sad, the CD's doing so badly they're giving it away.
