The popstar is on a 72 hour lockdown at Cedars Sinai
Medical Center. Doctors have diagnosed as a special
needs patient, which means they've either tried to
commit suicide or overdosed. "So we go stay with
these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch
them so they don't hurt themselves and watch the
people who come visit them to make sure they don't
pass anything to them," a source says.
Brit Brit, according to police reports, was under the
influence of an unknown substance. Life & Style
magazine is reporting that Brit was not on drugs.
"Her blood test just came back, and, thank God, it
was clean. There are no traces of drugs or alcohol of
any kind," Osama Lutfi stated. In another matter,
PerezHilton is claiming that she will be kept in the
hospital for 14 days and is currently on suicide
watch, and is under psychiatric evaluation.
Now about the her kids... The court-appointed monitor
that called the police, said that Brit started acting
very erratically. "She has already put Preston in the
car when Britney locked herself in a room with
Jayden. The cops came and got through the door and
tied her down to a gurney," the monitor stated. Both
boys were taken to the hospital. Sean Preston was

are saying that the boys won't be back with Brit for
a long time. Sources are telling Us Weekly, "They has
to strap her down like a mental patient and she was
going between laughing hysterics, [it was] a total
psychotic breakdown. She just went crazy." "I guess
she has good days and bad days - it's mental
instability. All she has is to think of something sad
and she goes crazy," a friend of Britney's stated.

Access Hollywood has spoken to Lynn
Spears, the
mother of the troubled star, and she was said to have
been crying on the phone and saying "Just say
prayers." But when one Spears is in trouble, the
whole clan comes running, and that's what happened.
Britney's brother, was seen flying to Los Angeles to
visit the poptart.
On a good note, the cops will not be pressing charges
against Britney for what went down on Thursday night.
"We aren't charging her with anything at this time,"
LAPD spokesperson announced. No word on if the court
will be pressing charges. Why would they? Well,
Jayden James was harmed. Britney told someone that he
had a bruise on his arm, or so Page Six says. They're
also saying that "she said she did not do it." Yet,
he was only in the doctors office for a little bit,
he was checked in Thursday night, and released Friday
morning. A family insider is saying "The boys are
okay, just very shaken up. It took Kevin quite a
while to get them settled down." PageSix.com is
reporting, "Right now we hear that she is telling the
police that the bruise was on Jayden when she got him
from Kevin. However, I have been told that the bruise
was caused when Britney pulled Jayden into the
bathroom. He was afraid, and she forced him."
The court made an announcement today... The ruling of
custody was made public. Britney's visitation rights
have been "suspended pending further order of the
court." The order will be in effect until January 14.

scheduled by her lawyers to have another
court-ordered on Wednesday. Mostly because the New
Year's Eve holiday would probably distract attention
from her legal requirements. But of course, Brit
didn't show up, making this the fifth time she has
missed her deposition. Although, last time she blamed
anxiety, wonder what the excuse will be this time?
Word is that the no show was the reason why her
lawyers quit.
But what the hell was so important that she wouldn't
show up at all? Even though she missed the
deposition, she didn't miss her daily street hitting.
The papz caught Brit driving around Los Angeles for
no good reason for about an hour, even though she
should have been giving her deposition. The whole
time she kept covering her mouth acting like she was
going to vomit.
PerezHilton.com is reporting that Britney's
deposition was rescheduled for today (Thursday) but
she showed up late! Brit was almost two whole hours
late for her court deposition. Today's 14 minute
deposition apparently didn't let the lawyers ask all
the questions they wanted, so they are expected to
undergo another one at a later time. "I would've
preferred it had gone longer. [But] there has been no
change in anything. It will be continued to another
date, which I will not say at this time,"as
K-Fed's
attorney says. And when the press asked if Kaplan got
the info he needed he sarcastically responded, "In 14
minutes?"
On another note, which probably aint true The Denver
Post is saying that BritBrit might be going to a
rehab center somewhere in Colorado. According the the
Denver Post, Brit visited the Harmony Foundation
Rehab Center in December to give it a look. They're
also saying that she put down a $2.2 million deposit
on a tony house in Cherry Creek North. And to add
more bullshit Denver is saying that Britney was seen
with off/on again boyfriend John Sundahl.

I speak for everyone when I say
that I thought Brit
would get it together
for 2008, but I was wrong. Her lawyers have quit, and
