Shia's attorney says he is "happy
to put this behind him and get back to work."
"The story is, is that he was drunk and wondered into
Walgreens and refused to leave. But according, Mr.
Gorgeous himself, the security guard recognized him
from the very successful Transformers and Disturbia,
and held him against his will. He claims the dude was
just trying to get his name in the paper, and
obviously, it worked. Either way he still got
arrested, but no harm was done. Shia is returning to
California to complete his new movie Eagle Eye which
hits theatres, Auqust 8 of next year.
Such a cute mugshot though, agree?
