Lilly Allen has been chosen as the celebrity to open the Harrod's winter sale in London on Friday. Eva Longoria,Sarah Michelle Gellar, and the Pussycat Dolls all have had the honor of opening for Harrods in the past. She was spotted last night, and wasn't smoking! There wasn't even a baby bump!
