new boytoy Adnan Ghalib went to Santa Barbara.
Sources are saying that Finalpixx, the photo agency
Adnan is currently employed at, are trying to sell
photos and videos of Brit, which they are getting
millions for. "I just watched the video. Britney and
Adnan are just walking the streets. At one point he
even gives her a kiss on the cheek," a source
told PerezHilton.com
Now as for the rumors about the Spears family
appearing on the Dr.Phil show, they are false.
Although, at one time they were true. Rumors had it
that Jamie
and Lynn Spears were
taping a special Dr.Phil
show about Britney, but
they cancelled it. Maybe they stopped because Brit
Brit tested negative to illegal drugs for her
not-even-two-days in Cedars Sinai Medical Center.
C'mon they can't really think she's getting it
together. But obviously Dr. Phil doesn't think so. He
released this statement to Entertainment Weekly. "As
was widely reported this weekend, at the request of
concerned family members, I visited Britney Spears in
the hospital. The details of the visit will, of
course, remain private. We had planned to tape a
'Dr.Phil Now' show tomorrow, focusing not on the
tabloid side of Britney's latest problems, but
instead on the very serious issues surrounding this
case. Clearly, it is not just Britney's family
struggling to find a way to protect adult children
who cannot be ordered or compelled to sneek help.
Because the Spears situation is too intense at this
time, and out of consideration tot he family, I have
made the decision not to move forward with the taping
at this particular time. Britney and her family are
in our prayers and we ask that they be in yours."
There is also controversy about Lynn Spears being in
Los Angeles, which she was. However, she's not
staying in her hotel. No one knows if
Jamie
Lynns with her
or not. Mommy and Mommy-to-be were seen coming out of
a class at the Tangipahoa Adult Education Center in

Britney
Spears stayed in
the hospital for less than 72 hours! She left Cedars
Sinai Hospital on Saturday after the poptart was put
under psychiatric evaluation despising what she
wanted. To make everybody's Britney dreams come true
the Saint Dr.Phil
visited Brit Brit
Saturday morning and kindly walked her to her car,
along with Brit's dad Jamie
Spears, where
Brit drove home. Few hours later Dr.Phil released a
statement to Access Hollywood. "My meeting with
Britney and some family members this morning in her
room at Cedars leaves me convinced more than ever
that she is in dire need of both medical and
psychological intervention. She was released moments
before my arrival and was packing when I entered the
room. We visited for about an hour before I walked
with her to her car. I am very concerned for her."
After further research JordanDorsey.com learned that
Brit was let go from the hospital because she wasn't
a threat to herself or other any longer. PUUUHLEASE!
The hospital had to let her go after she demanded to
be let go. Sources are saying, "It is difficult to
keep a patient in a psych ward at a hospital for
longer than 24 to 48 hours. Even if you have tried to
commit suicide you are released as soon as you are no
longer a threat to yourself. It is very very rare for
someone to be in the psych ward of a hospital for
more than a week or two even after attempting
suicide. Britney is no different than other mentally
ill people. After being admitted and given meds they
are released if they are not a suicidal threat to
themselves or others."
After she got home, the mommy went for a drive.
"Britney just tried to leave her house around 11:45
A.M. She pulled out of the gate, drove to the end
then made a U-Turn and went back to The Summit after
she saw the paparazzi," sources from The Insider
says. But HEY! At least the hospitalization did some
good! Normal Brit would've gone right out there. In
fact, she was having papz cars towed!

A couple of hours ago cops were called to Britney's
house again! But thank God, no one is hurt, they are
only there to control the papz! "The gates
surrounding Britney Spears' community are beseiged
with cops, camera crews and even a helicopter
hovering overhead."
K-Fed is very concerned about his two children after
Britney's big meltdown. He's beefed up security, he
reveals to OK! magazine. "Kevin is so worried that
Britney will rush his house and try to grab the boys,
just like she tried to do last February." Other
sources are saying "The boys are safe for now. But
Kevin feels Britney is clearly dereanged, and theres
no telling what she'll do. After all, this is a women
who two days barricaded herself in a bedroom with her
youngest child for three hours! You can't get
mentally well in a hospital after 36
hours!"

The popstar is on a 72 hour lockdown at Cedars Sinai
Medical Center. Doctors have diagnosed as a special
needs patient, which means they've either tried to
commit suicide or overdosed. "So we go stay with
these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch
them so they don't hurt themselves and watch the
people who come visit them to make sure they don't
pass anything to them," a source says.
Brit Brit, according to police reports, was under the
influence of an unknown substance. Life & Style
magazine is reporting that Brit was not on drugs.
"Her blood test just came back, and, thank God, it
was clean. There are no traces of drugs or alcohol of
any kind," Osama Lutfi stated. In another matter,
PerezHilton is claiming that she will be kept in the
hospital for 14 days and is currently on suicide
watch, and is under psychiatric evaluation.
Now about the her kids... The court-appointed monitor
that called the police, said that Brit started acting
very erratically. "She has already put Preston in the
car when Britney locked herself in a room with
Jayden. The cops came and got through the door and
tied her down to a gurney," the monitor stated. Both
boys were taken to the hospital. Sean Preston was
taken by daddy's Federline's
assistant, and Jayden
James was in the ambulance with the monitor. Sources
are saying that the boys won't be back with Brit for
a long time. Sources are telling Us Weekly, "They has
to strap her down like a mental patient and she was
going between laughing hysterics, [it was] a total
psychotic breakdown. She just went crazy." "I guess
she has good days and bad days - it's mental
instability. All she has is to think of something sad
and she goes crazy," a friend of Britney's stated.

Access Hollywood has spoken to Lynn
Spears, the
mother of the troubled star, and she was said to have
been crying on the phone and saying "Just say
prayers." But when one Spears is in trouble, the
whole clan comes running, and that's what happened.
Britney's brother, was seen flying to Los Angeles to
visit the poptart.
On a good note, the cops will not be pressing charges
against Britney for what went down on Thursday night.
"We aren't charging her with anything at this time,"
LAPD spokesperson announced. No word on if the court
will be pressing charges. Why would they? Well,
Jayden James was harmed. Britney told someone that he
had a bruise on his arm, or so Page Six says. They're
also saying that "she said she did not do it." Yet,
he was only in the doctors office for a little bit,
he was checked in Thursday night, and released Friday
morning. A family insider is saying "The boys are
okay, just very shaken up. It took Kevin quite a
while to get them settled down." PageSix.com is
reporting, "Right now we hear that she is telling the
police that the bruise was on Jayden when she got him
from Kevin. However, I have been told that the bruise
was caused when Britney pulled Jayden into the
bathroom. He was afraid, and she forced him."
The court made an announcement today... The ruling of
custody was made public. Britney's visitation rights
have been "suspended pending further order of the
court." The order will be in effect until January 14.

Preston was also said to been rushed to the hospital

cover of OK! magazine for the second week in a row.
They probably realized how much money they made off
her other cover and took advantage of it. Although,
this time around the article isn't about her, it's
about her mom.
This isn't directly quoted but it's close.

Jamie Lynn "just passes the three-month mark," OK!
magazine is reporting. Although, many other magz are
reporting she's much further along then that.

Even though the rumors are saying that the
relationship between Jamie and her babydaddy Casey
aren't together, they are. An insider told the
magazine "Casey and Jamie Lynn are still together -
and of course he's the father!"
-Apparently Lynn Spears is an angel

Lynne
has been a sensational
mom and anyone who says otherwise doesn't know what
they're talking about. Lynne never pushed Jamie Lynne
into growing up too fast and never pushed her into

give as much help as her daughter will accept.

the magazine! According to the sales figures the
issue sold 2 million copies. That's about triple
their regular income. The second best seller,
however, is Brit

at the OK! photo shoot which sold about 1.2

Timberlake reportedly made a phone call
to Britney
Spears. Sources
say he called regarding Jamie
Lynn's pregnancy
announcement, in which he left a voicemail. According
to Star magazine he said "It's a new year and a
perfect opportunity to make things right." But Brit
hasn't returned his call yet! "She's ignoring him,
she's not listening to anybody." Damn Brit he's just
trying to help.
Trouble in paradise! Sources say
that Jamie Lynn
Spears and
boyfriend Casey Alridge have already broken up.
"Jamie Lynn and Casey are NOT together," a source
close to the pair tell Life & Style magazine.
"They've broken up numerous times, but he was her
first and she taking him back. They're not dating
now. He's really got nothing to offer this baby. He's
a kid himself. They have no plans to get married. At
this point, Jamie Lynn has asked her mom - and not
Casey - to be in the delivery room with her."
She don't need no babydaddy.
But Nickelodeon is considering making a special about
teen pregnancies. That's great and all to being doing
that, but what happens when parents aren't ready to
talk about that yet and the kids are asking
questions? Parents are going to get very upset and
most likely ratings will go down, a lot. Overall,
safe sex should be something kids learn in school
when they're mature enough to understand and know the
consequences. So really it would just be pointless to
do a special, it wouldn't send a message and would
bring ratings down. But if they cancel Zoey 101 or
fire Jamie Lynn and replace her, that will send a
strong message to teens everywhere.
Although, Casey is in the clear. He will not be
charged with statutory rape. The DMV records,
confirmed that he is only 18 years old. Casey was
born on April 29, 1989 making him 18 and only two
years older than Jamie.

pregnant! OK! magazine is reporting that Jamie is
three months pregnant with her first child. Her and
her live-in-boyfriend-at-sixteen Casey Aldridge, are
going to keep the baby and raise it as best as they
can. "I can't say it was something I was planning to
do right now. But now that it's in my lap and that
it's something I have to deal with, I'm looking
forward to being the best mom I can be." Jamie is
planning to raise her baby in her hometown of
Kentwood, Louisiana, but an insider says that it's
very unlikely that Casey will propose. "I'm the one
who has to live with it for the rest of my life. I
put myself in this position, and adult position, so I
have to act like an adult and take responsibility for
what I did." As for her mother, she is said to be
very happy to help her daughter out, maybe because
she doesn't want to her to end up like Britney. "I
want her to ask me to help as much as she wants me to
because I will be there for her. I want to be a big
part, if she wants me to be." Even through all this
craziness, Jamie still is finding time to try and be
a role model, when she clearly shouldn't be. "I
definitely don't think it's [premarital sex]
something you should do; it's better to wait. But I
can't be judgmental because it's a position I put

101 is set to air January 4, it will end on a
cliffhanger where Zoey has to decide whether to go to
London with her parents, or stay at the boarding
school in California. Dan Schnieder is saying that
season four has already been filmed and the pregnancy
shouldn't be a problem.
Now the only question is whether Britney knows or
not. Obviously, someone is keeping Britney out of the
picture, the trainwreck didn't know until of her papz
told her, as she immediately responded "My sister
isn't pregnant." And laughed it off. Sources say even
Kevin knew before she did!
